On arrival at the ferry pier just before 10am on
Friday 27 October the lady on the boat recognises me from yesterday. I get her
view on which side of the Lindoya Island I should be getting off at (I’m going
to walk from one side to the other). Lindoya Vest wins. This allows more time on the Island as well as more time on Oslo Fjord. Thankfully she’s on the 11am boat so I ask
her not to forget me!
The ferry departs bang on 10am - excited to be going out on an Oslo Fjord again!
Time for me to get off and explore Lindoya Island.
I have a good 35 minutes wandering around the island. It’s deadly quiet - the complete opposite of what it would be like in the summer.
As the ferry pulls into the pier I notice people standing outside on the top deck. I completely missed this! Buggar! Even though it’s beyond freezing I’m heading straight up.
Wow the views of Oslo Fjord are amazing!
